You are a gift from above. Elijah Horton’s foundation seeks to connect gifts with purpose. A gift provides support to those living (or seeking to live) on purpose through avenues Elijah himself was passionate about. Leading with love. Gifts are shared unapologetically with love. Impact
I cannot thank the Elijah Horton Foundation enough for their recent donation to our band students at MLK to support their musical needs. This donation is even more special since Elijah was a part of the MLK band.
The Elijah Horton Foundation has generously provided the MLK band program with both essential musical supplies and the opportunity for a student in need to receive private lessons. These contributions have had a meaningful impact on our musicians—equipping them with the tools necessary to perform at a high level and giving students who might not otherwise have access the chance to learn directly from a specialist on their instrument. We are deeply grateful to the Elijah Horton Foundation for their commitment to supporting our young musicians and for the incredible gifts they have given to the MLK band program!
The support from ‘A Gift From Above’ helped catalyze increased community interest, stronger participation, and a foundation for sustainable program growth. In many ways, their early support set us firmly on a path toward continued success and expanded impact. Because of this support, our 2025 summer pilot programs not only continued but thrived. The investment enabled us to expand program activities, retain participants, and build the organizational confidence necessary for long-term goals. While the contribution was financial in nature, its broader impact extended far beyond funding.
The Elijah Horton Foundation has been a beautiful reminder that love and impact supersede us all. It costs nothing to be kind and genuine, which is a gentle nod to Elijah himself. The foundation continues to propel my individual efforts to aid others on their journey.
Elijah Horton Foundation has impacted my life in many ways! I’ve been able to create professional flyers, programs, presentations, contracts, and playbooks for my Performance Training Business with my IPad; which I invested in with the money donated from the EHF. EHF has consistently shown how genuine they are about helping their community grow!
The Elijah Horton Foundation has helped support our business and careers in a multitude of ways! Their belief and aid in our work to hold space for art in the Nashville community has helped us to continue to thrive in our industry.
